FedEx 2-Day Service: We use FedEx
2-day service with signature guarantee to ensure on-time
ticket delivery and satisfaction. We ask for 7 days
notice in order to verify and authorize all billing
information. Packages will only be delivered to the
credit card's billing address, or a verifiable work
address for the card holder. Cost:
$13 domestic, $25 international.
USPS Priority: We use the USPS for
customers who have more time on their hands. Delivery
times are longer than the FedEx Service above. A
signature confirmation is still required. We ask for 7 days
notice in order to verify and authorize all billing
information. Packages will only be delivered to the
credit card's billing address, or a verifiable work
address for the card holder. Cost:
$7 domestic, $12 international.
Hotel Delivery: If you do not want to
pick up your tickets from our distribution office, and
you will be arriving in Orlando within 7 days, please
select this option. We make the delivery to your
specified hotel the day before your arrival. Upon
checking into your room, simply ask the front desk clerk
for your package. All orders are available for next day
hotel delivery. Room reservations must be under the
same name as the cardholder paying for the tickets. Cost:
$13.00
*For non-US credit card
holders, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to
your local currency based on the exchange rate at
the time of processing and is subject to exchange
rate fluctuations.

events and tickets that are date sensitive, tickets
will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after

shipping to ensure a timely and secure delivery.
Our Orlando pickup location and customer service
center will be closed on Christmas Day. Although we
are open on Saturdays and Sundays, ticket deliveries
to hotels are not available on the weekends. All
orders placed for a delivery to hotel must be
ordered no later than 2pm on that preceding Thursday
and scheduled for Friday delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds under any
circumstances.
We are not responsible for the actions of
the US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS.
We will not extend a refund or exchange if you
do not receive your package before your
vacation.
Weather, illness, or any other emergencies
do not affect our no refund - no exchange
policy.
